DBS-NUS Social Venture Challenge Asia: Congratulations to the 2018 Finalists!

DBS Foundation and NUS Enterprise are pleased to announce the 10 finalists of the DBS-NUS Social Venture Challenge Asia 2018, from 870 entries that were submitted this year. Discover who they are below. (in alphabetical order)
The finalists will travel to Singapore to pitch to a panel of expert judges and a live audience of industry experts and impact funders at the Finale Week (15 – 18 October 2018), with over SGD$100,000 in awards to be won. The winning teams will be announced on the evening of 18 October, so stay tuned!

Their production, which uses an eco-friendly waste management system, not only helps to empower rural villagers by providing job opportunities such as collecting clove leaves and planting of patchouli to overcome poverty, it also helps to improve the quality of living by reducing the amount of CO2 released into the environment.
