Adam currently leads Huawei’s efforts in Kenya with social enterprises and other stakeholders using technology for development. Previously he was based in China leading a global digital divide flagship project, focusing on scaling up e-health social enterprises. He published a white paper on Digital Enablement, assessing how to expand access to the internet and increase the benefits of being connected.

Previously he worked at BSR focusing on CSR and corporate-NGO partnerships in China as well as access to health, finance and technology. Before that he set to Plan International’s corporate partnerships function in China and launched China’s first initiative to teach CSR to Chinese students at AIESEC.

Adam has lived and worked in Kenya for 2 years and China for 13 years and has also served on the Board of the Foundation for Youth Social Entrepreneurship.
