Digital Solution Architect, Accenture
Since young, I’ve always been fascinated with technology and at this point in my life I am passionate about finding digital solutions that will improve the societies I live in. My work experiences include the ability to solution across the digital technology stack and implement regional service management frameworks.
The first part of my career was focused on improving enterprise wide IT operations. However, seeing the potential of digital in 2014, I started working on digital solutions. My aim now is to help organizations transform their business into digital enterprises by means of adopting the right set of digital technologies and digital friendly business models.
I have a proven track record of delivering ‘delightful’ initiatives that routinely demand a high level of quality on time and on budget. This has led to posting in Sydney and Tokyo. Many of these projects require leading a matrix organization spanning multiple countries. As a way of giving back to the IT Service Management community, I started an ITSM blog in 2012. Today, Choofca’s Brain Dump generates approximately 600 views monthly.
I balance work with fun through off the beaten track travels and endurance sports. Some of my intrepid travels lead to the RTW1.0 and RTW2.0 sabbaticals. These two journeys have formed much of my worldview about the importance of celebrating the strength diversity brings. While training for the 2013 NYC Marathon, I discovered the humbling world of fundraising. This experience allowed me to rally my MBA classmates and together we created the first NUS APEX EMBA Endowment Bursary. Taking sustainable sharity to the next level, I brought my love for technology and fundraising and created Level-Up 4 Good and Code 4 Fun.
