Rohit is currently an Adviser to Confederation of Indian Industry for the India@75 initiative, with the key objective of creating availability of Corporate resources in India to the 3.5 M social development organizations working at the grass root level, magnifying their social impact X times, with a total estimated value of US$ 10B.

A Mentor in Stanford University as well as Ennovent and Babele (both Social Development companies), in addition to leading a trust, Rohit has a Professional Doctorate in Management and e Business and a Masters in Economics, with courses from Stanford in “Entrepreneurship” and “Creating New Models of Business In Society” to support his interest in social business. He has three publications and three patents to his credit and continues to work in this area with projects in Africa and India. His professional experience spans 30 years including with companies like Microsoft and HCL – HP as well as nearly a decade of start up experience.

In the recent past Rohit has been an Advisor to Care India, as well as a formal mentor to multiple social business organizations as well as “Not for Profits”.
