Laletha Nithiyanandan (Lita) is the founder of the Behavioural Consulting Group. The Behavioural Consulting Group is a management- consulting firm that specialises in utilising Behavioural Science principles in improving performance and productivity within their client organisations. The Behavioural Consulting Group has an extensive network of consultants supporting clients in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Korea, India and Indonesia. The team conducts assessments and provides facilitation & implementation support and coaching for leaders in the region. Lita also uses Behavioral Science models to facilitate change in her executive coaching work with senior leaders. The work she is passionate about is in supporting the people she coaches in making a tangible difference and achieving their goals. Lita believes that learning and change is sustainable when the whole being is engaged.

Lita has more than 30 years’ experience in the area of talent acquisition and management. She founded Business Trends, a successful talent solutions company in Asia. When she sold her business to Kelly Services, a Fortune 500 company, she had 17 offices in Asia. She has held several senior leadership roles within Kelly Services for the Asia-pacific region.
Lita is a prominent member of the talent solutions and HR consulting profession having been a pioneer of this industry in Asia. She heads the Association of Professional Staffing Companies in Asia ( APSCo).

She is often featured in media and is a frequent speaker on topics relating to business leadership, entrepreneurship and leadership impact. Lita has extended her influence through contributing to various groups over the years.

Lita is a strategist and an entrepreneur at heart. She is an idea generator as she can see through complex problems to find solutions that are holistic in nature. She is also a firm advocate of doing business with a heart. She believes that leaders have a responsibility to make a positive impact on the community at large.
