Melody has close to 6 years of experience in the Talent & Organisation space in Accenture, focusing on Strategic Business Planning, Organizational Restructuring, Capability Development and Digital Transformation.
At the moment, Melody is focused on rolling out an enterprise-wide digital immersion program for a national oil & gas company for all 51,000 employees through fun, fresh and engaging ways. The program curates bite-sized content released daily through a web/app platform with a gamification element.
On the side, for the past 4 years, Melody has been leading the partnership between Teach For Malaysia (TFM) and Accenture to run Student Leadership Camps (SLC) annually for students from less privileged schools. The SLC aims to empower students to be leaders in their own community, school and personal life.
