Vivien is currently Head of Operations at the DBS Customer Centre overseeing frontline operations for the various customer touch-points (contact centre, digital interactions and social media).

Prior to DBS, she was in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for most part of her career during which, she spearheaded numerous projects to streamline and enhance the customer servicing model for various government ministries, statutory boards and MNCs through strategic outsourcing.

Vivien graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
